STEPHEN BEAUMIER, EXECUTIVE CHEF

New Hampshire native : Santa Cruz die hard.  Focusing on region, the season, the local bounty and always ready for all the tiny, wild spring things. 

Roots : Cooking <Cyrus>, Cooking <Quince>, Staging <Noma>. Growing + Tasting <Ecopia Farms>, Building < Din.>

Jam : Keeping knives sharp and mind blown. 

Dreaming about : Street tacos + takoyaki. Togarashi on everything.

Retirement : Definitely involves owning some piglets.

Katie Pearce (KP), Coordinator + Design

Jersey native : California explorer. Working to re install value to time spent around a table (and on picnic blanket). Developing aestetic. Foraging ideas.  

Roots: Hoteling<The Tides Beach Club>, Eventing <Forage SF>, Managing <Contigo SF>

Jam : Finding carrot-shaped seaweed. Planning tomrrow's adventure. Discovering its multipurpose. Anything second hand + pick-your-own + 'little fried fish'.

Retirement : Snowed-in Log Cabin or Tropical Beach Hut. Either one.
